This has long been one of my favourite houses in the city. It is located in the south Forest Hill neighbourhood and the back looks out onto one of our wonderful ravines with a very private large patio and swimming pool. It has been undergoing renovations for at least a couple of years but that seems to be finally finished.
It is quite distinctive.

Turrets are a distinctive design in architecture that provide round rooms with multiple views and light. This is a fine looking house. Glad someone is keeping it well maintained.

ReplyDeleteI've found several 100 year old houses with round turrets here in Meaford.
ReplyDeleteIt kind of looks like one of those British castles that was added onto in several different architectural eras. This one looks interesting though.
