October Theme: Rest, Sleep, Relaxation


The October theme for the City Daily Photo Blog community is all about rest and for this theme I offer these 3 ducks who were having a very relaxing sleep at James Gardens. They look like they have got not a care in the world.

    Napping Mallards are resting up before they fly south for their winter vacation.

    Such pretty birds resting up for a trip to the south. I've always wondered how that position could be comfortable but I guess it is.
