More Conversions

This shot was taken along Davenport Rd in the Yorkville neighbourhood just along the street from the bridal shop I showed you last week.  Originally homes, all the buildings along here have been converted to high-end commercial use and I don't think any of the upper floors are now residential. It was early in the day when I was there and so was quite quiet.

  4. Yes, a streetscape with a lot of character and a lesson about cities and how they change

  6. Any neighborhood featuring "Couture" and with pink awnings must have been gentrified.

  7. It looks all nice but also a waste of good living quarters. The same in amsterdam lot of empty floors above the shops.

  9. Nice old buildings; it does look like a desirable area to be.
