A couple of times in the last two weeks I have been stopped in traffic while groups of Canada Geese slowly saunter across the road. They are gathering and getting ready for their journey south although many of them now stay here all winter.

i would hope they flew south but they seem to stay here year round, they are so messy!! it's a beautiful picture, lots of greenery which looks very pretty!!

ReplyDeleteThe Canada geese are gathering here and doing daily training flights to condition this year's hatchings for their migration.
