People are so careless by not taking care of their possessions.
You wonder if a bike thief abandoned them in favour of something else nearby?
They are almost completely hidden. They are locked in there pretty tightly.
People are weird.
These look mostly like a collection of old bicycle parts waiting for some assembly and maintenance for any of those wheels can roll. The placing of that snowdrift is bicycle neglect.
Probably not the very best parking space.
