I spotted this wonderful Spirea bush in the front garden of a home. There was a breeze so the branches were putting on a show of moving cascades of flowers. Lovely.
Beautiful! When I was a little kid, we had a similar look one in our yard. We called it the bridal wreath bush because each of the flowers looked like tiny bridal bouquets.
I just re-learned yesterday that they are called spirea. I had forgotten although I knew it once upon a time.
