This has to be one of the largest tow trucks I have ever seen. Then I realized that it was hooking up to a large truck that had broken down in traffic. I didn't stay around to see how it ended.

At first I thought those power poles behind the truck were part of the truck. They lined up perfectly. Yes, that is a large tow truck for towing large trucks. Good catch.
Not sure what to think of those trucks, RedPat. Once they towed me away from a place you could.not.see you´re not allowed to park. It was rainy, dark and made no sense, the marking nearly gone. I thought my 2-weeks-old car was stolen!
Coincidentally, if you look at my blog post from June 15th, you'll see a similar giant tow truck (or part of it anyway, on the left side of the photo) because we had a big traffic accident downtown involving a bus and a fire truck. Both of them had to be towed, and the tow truck was huge!

That looks like it's built to tow very large vehicles. I wonder why it has such a long body.

It is quite an elongated truck
