Soon To Be Hidden
I have shown you Casa Loma many times from up top on the other side where the entrance is but this is the south side that looks down over downtown Toronto. Once the leaves come out on all those trees the Casa almost disappears into the greenery but before that happens we will get a show of Daffodils that cover the grounds right down to the stone wall.
It is amazing what you see when the trees have no leaves!
ReplyDeletePassers by will have to enjoy the view now while they can.
ReplyDeleteoh, that wall!
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking the shot now. Looking at that tree line, it's not a surprise that the casa will be hidden from view.
ReplyDeleteA tantalising glimpse before the leaves arrive!
ReplyDeleteTrees give mystery, Pat, when bloom will be beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your good wishes. Paco is better ;)
a kiss.
Love the way the branches make this look impressionistic. You'll go back to show us the daffs, yes? :-)
ReplyDeleteUnique view of Casa Loma. Thank you for this interesting view.
ReplyDeleteOne of the beauties of this place are the many different angles and views!
ReplyDeleteNice composition.
ReplyDeleteIt's so beautiful! I would love to see it with the daffodils in bloom.
ReplyDeleteI hope you plan to take a photo of the daffodils! :)
ReplyDeleteI googled Casa Loma. Fascinating history; rather sad, too. I'm trying to picture an oven big enough to cook an ox.
