A Fence On Spadina Rd

This pic shows the side of the house/stable at Spadina House which was visible in the background in yesterday's post. I loved the starkness of the wooden wall behind that great fence and the line of tulips.

  1. Beautiful!

It feels like it's out in the country, even though that is impossible.

  2. You have a wonderful eye for composition Pat. Love the arched window and the two 'eyes' peeping over the fence and the tulips, they're the icing in the cake, nice work!

  6. There is something quite "colonial" about the look of that fence and the tulips against it.

  8. White fences have become the fence de jour around here. They're not wood, though, but a plastic kinda material which looks good and doesn't rot.

Nice composition here. Those tulips are a nice touch, but don't quite come up to the glory of the ones blooming up in Ottawa. :)
