I was doing some errands downtown and noticed how the spire of St James Cathedral was framed by the buildings along this street. St James is about 1/2 mile south of where I was and I have shown you the front of it before (here).

Hope you didn't have to stand in the middle of the street for this shot. :-)
ReplyDeleteI did stand in the middle of the road but it is one-way coming towards me so I could see the cars coming!
ReplyDeleteI love this kind of city shot!
ReplyDeleteI like that view down the street.
ReplyDeleteStrong spire image. It pulls you to it.
ReplyDeleteI love how we often can see a steeple from a distance. Tom The Backroads Traveller
ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture Pat.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful spire!
ReplyDeletewhat a neat color. Is the roof tile or copper?
ReplyDeleteIf tile, I like that they went with this color rather than a red. It's more in tune with the sky.
Hope you are well, RedPat!
