Another iron fence from the Yorkville neighbourhood, and I am back in my fall archives. I was walking through the area and became intrigued with all the different types of fences around the wee front gardens belonging to all the Victorian houses.

Both the fence and the garden look lovely!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful, as are Victorian houses too, and it seems they always please us with lovely wee little gardens so much like this!
ReplyDeleteLove the contrast of the plants and the iron fence.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like the owners take full advantage of those little yards.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the fence has not kept the weeds in or out. It's a pretty fence, but please do not fall backward and impale yourself on it! Sheesh!
ReplyDeletePretty frontyard, love it when they are packed with flowers :)
ReplyDeleteAnd the fence is beautiful, too :))
Have a fine day

Like your photo of the wild garden surrounded by the little cast iron fence.
ReplyDeleteah, it's tough during these grey wintry months.
ReplyDeleteIt's so nice to see this spot of green!
The overgrowing greenery adds to its charm!
ReplyDeleteI guess it's more of a boundary marker than a fence to keep people out. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is a very pretty fence, with quite a nice set of stairs behind and an active garden between them. Nice.
