I spotted this lovely spring planter by the entrance to one of the ever-present condos in the city. What a lift for the spirit it is to see flowers finally. And the cute pussy willows!
I'm with revrunner...I thought they were those small white Xmas lights. It's a beautiful planter. I've always loved pussy willows but have never seen them anywhere but the wild.

So unusual! The flowers are pretty enough on their own, but the pussy willow branches make it entirely special.
