This table for table tennis has turned up recently in a local park right beside the playground. It will be interesting to see if it gets much use. I really like the design and somehow it reminds me of the Flintstones - I think it is the legs!

ReplyDeleteYes I agree what you think of the game table and the bolder of legs. Dab A dab a. Will be interested to see if it gets used. I think it may for to look as a structure exhibit.
ReplyDeleteGreat choice Unique and the fence behind.
I guess As taking the picture. I would ask myself. Would I play a game on there? I think my answer would be. Not really.

ReplyDeleteI'm smiling because of your Flinstones comment. :))
ReplyDeleteMakes me wonder what the ping pong balls are made of or, for that matter, the paddles. :-)

ReplyDeleteHi Pat,
ReplyDeleteThis is super cool! I have seen these in Paris-France and I have heard that they have'em in Chicago. My Chinese acquaintances tell me that they have'em all over the place in PRC (not surprised).
I love Table Tennis and I play when I can.
This is a great visual treat for me and I thank you for the same!
Nice find and nice snap!
Have a Happy Friday and a Great Weekend!
Peace :)
PS. The ball likely bounces very differently on these. I have to test'em out :)
That's exactly what I thought Pat.. a Flinstones table :) Sturdy!
ReplyDeleteLooool and lol at the Flintstone comments! Wouldn't mind playing right now!
ReplyDeleteYabba dabba doo!
ReplyDeleteIt is one that is not going to be stolen, that is for sure. I hope the taggers also leave it alone.
