ReplyDeleteAnother lovely old church Pat, very appealing design. Imagine how incredible it would have been to step inside!
ReplyDeletethis one looks very much like a church in my home town in Illinois. It's one I always admired. There is something about that stone construction.
ReplyDeleteClassic looking stone church. Fine Sunday post. Thanks for your recent comments to my blog.
ReplyDeleteIt is made of stone so naturally, I would love it! And it's a very traditional design from a certain era (which I can't remember). I like the way the shape of the entry and the stained glass above match.
ReplyDeletelooks as old building
ReplyDeleteChurches were always open once. I remember hearing reports of churches being vandalized or having things stolen then they started locking them up.
ReplyDeleteClassic neo-gothic.
ReplyDeleteA church without a website is unusual these days, and its Facebook page has almost no information. They are keeping their lamp hidden.
ReplyDeleteBuilt to sail the ages!
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely church architecture...
ReplyDeleteNice church but looks odd with not spire of cross on the top
ReplyDeleteGood solid building, I hope the congregation is as stalwart.
ReplyDeleteWow, this must be a traditional Presbyterian church design, because it looks just like my old Presbyterian church where I grew up!
