Remembering Fall Colours
It is only the end of December and already I am craving some colour in our landscape that has become very monotone except for the Christmas decorations. This is a shot taken through the fence of part of the gardens at Casa Loma taken in November. The leaves were so beautiful to see - can hardly wait for spring to arrive!
That's a lovely shot. If things are a little drab, it sounds like a good reason (if any is needed) to put up decorations! All the best to you for a wonderful Christmas, Pat.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I'm quite glad we get Christmas in the winter as it does cheer things up a bit.
ReplyDeleteHello, pretty fall colors. Lovely scene and photo. This is the first winter that I am not wishing the time away. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day! Merry Christmas to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean! I am gonna publish more Summer/Hawaii photos like my 3rd today to keep us all going :)
ReplyDeleteYes, this photo is sweet, P
ReplyDeleteWow, this is a gorgeous shot.
ReplyDeleteThose beautiful fall colors are now long gone, but they are a great memory.
ReplyDeleteVery nice photo! And Spring is right around the corner!
ReplyDeletegreat wiev You are welcome to my fences
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty scene, I like it. As I was walking today, I noticed that the planters around town are sprouting little bulbs. It isn't freezing cold but it isn't warm either so it will be interesting to see if they still continue to grow. We have a storm with lots of rain and wind coming tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteOne of the reasons I've been visiting the art galleries lately.
ReplyDeleteOnly one day of Winter and already you're wishing for Spring. Merry Christmas, Pat.
