A new espresso bar opened recently on Bathursr St and I just noticed that they have a new mural that has been done. It is good to see that all of the creatures on the boat are bundled up against the cold since the snow was flying the afternoon I went by. The work looks familiar but I don't know the artist's name.

I like it! It's very colorful and it's a good thing they are bundled up. It looks cold out there.
ReplyDeleteMakes me think the place is kid friendly and I like the Volta sign down the right side of the shop.
ReplyDeleteLots of funny critters in that there boat! :) I'm guessing the owners of the bar have a good sense of humour. (Notice my spelling - a paean to beautiful Canada!)
ReplyDeleteYes, they do look chilly in that boat. I wonder if it will be updated when the weather warms.
ReplyDeleteIt looks chilly in the boat and in the street. Maybe they are sailing south to warmer weather.
ReplyDeleteMy grandchildren would love that mural.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great mural above the coffee house. It has color and a touch of humor.

ReplyDeleteThis mural made me smile :)
ReplyDeleteThey hooked me, I'd stop in here too, even on a sunny day without snow! That mural is adorable!
ReplyDeleteThe boaters look like they come Edward Gorey land. Weird but cute. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
ReplyDelete...a splash of color.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet mural! It's been very cold in Berlin, Canadian cold but without the blue skies. :(
ReplyDeleteIt does look familiar Pat, it's funny how after a while we can almost tell the street artist without looking at the signature first ☺ This is a really cute mural.
