This another of the small apartments on Lawrence Ave E that all seem to have the same configuration but different decorations. Tudor seems to be the influence for this one.
In so many photos of houses and buildings, symmetry always stands out. It must be our need for order. this building's facade is very attractive . Love the doors and the colour.
Lovely looking Tudor building, but those apartments might not be small depending on how many of them there are. I link the straight forward composition to your photo.

ReplyDeleteAgain beautifully symmetrical Pat.. the roof looks like it's coming up for a wee bit of repair work😊
ReplyDeleteIt's very interesting and very nice and it could be "tudor" or "two door." :)
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely building, the doors really stand out.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Tudor. A nice one.
ReplyDeleteAn influence, yes, but it's fancier than that. Sort of a general English fantasy?
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Tudor, Pat. Nice doors.
ReplyDeleteIt does look quite 'English'.
ReplyDeleteNice and compact... with a splash of colour!
ReplyDeleteI must say it look a bit more two door then tudor to me but indeed strong english heritage.
ReplyDeleteLovely design, and my mother would take these doors because her favorite color was red!
ReplyDeleteAn elegant design.
