Another Victorian Beauty
Last weekend I was wandering around by Trinity Bellwoods Park on Queen St W admiring all of the lovely Victorian homes. This beauty was built in the 1890s and looks like it has been lovingly restored. I always love a nice balcony looking out onto the street like these ones. The estimated value of this house is over $4.5 million so I won't be sitting on those balconies soon!
Beautiful old building. Have a nice evening
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI really love the cute balcony. Beautiful home! Enjoy your day, have a great new week!
It's beautiful but, wow what a price! I wonder what it cost when it was new.
ReplyDeleteRemember when these houses were affordable. This one must be in an exclusive neighborhood. Yes, that porch would be a great place on a warm spring afternoon.
ReplyDeleteA lovely home. No, it is out of our price range, a lot out.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI like the balcony. The price of houses in the city are a way above my budget.
ReplyDeleteIt sure is a beauty but the price is way to steep for me so I'll join you on the sidelines. :)
ReplyDelete... $4.5 million, WOW. There is a beauty, 8,000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths for $400,000.
ReplyDeleteWow! That's quite a price tag! Our west coast Victorians are mostly wood frame with wooden fascias. It's different to see brick and stone (earthquakes make them less feasible).
ReplyDeleteOh wow! 4.5 mil Pat! That's astounding, I mean that balcony is indeed special, but all the same 😀
ReplyDelete4.5M!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of money! Incredible.
