Symes Road
This is a pic of the building I showed in yesterday's post taken after it first opened in 1933. Whoever owns the property has not only restored the buildings but they have built a wall which has several panels showing historical views and info about the complex. Someone with heart!
That beautiful building was an incinerator? Wow!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
Hello,
ReplyDeleteKudos to the owner for restoring the beautiful building. Enjoy your day, wishing you a great weekend!
They have done an outstanding job of maintaining the integrity of the original design. I'd say they deserve an award for preservation.
ReplyDeleteA fine job of preservation.
ReplyDeleteNice job indeed !
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Thank heavens for people with heart 💛
ReplyDeleteFascinating.
ReplyDeleteToronto calls forth heart it seems, Pat
ReplyDeleteYou wouldn't have thought that about the building.
ReplyDeleteI like knowing about a place, like this.
ReplyDeleteWonderful Art Deco industrial building. Glad it has found a new life.
ReplyDeleteA building so well built really demands re-purposing. It would be a crime to let it go to ruin.
ReplyDeleteFantastic job, well done.
