As I sat waiting on yesterday's planters this was the view looking across Bloor St from the Museum. The condo tower directly across is called Museum House and was completed in 2013 with prices starting at around $2 million and going much higher. The signs you can see really push location with the Museum Tavern, Museum Dental, and Museum House visible.

Love the greenery on the balconies!
ReplyDeleteI can just make out the Museum Tavern sign. Must be urban living at its best.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful building. I love all the greenery on the balconies. I'm not sure it's worth 2 million but, they are very nice to look at.
ReplyDeleteNot for me---I don't think---I'm just a country girl

Afraid of heights, but I love the green!
ReplyDelete...2 million and much higher, what a deal. Thanks for sharing this sobering figure!
ReplyDeleteVery modern.
ReplyDeleteThe plants on the balconies caught my eye.
ReplyDeleteOh I'll bet those are one apartment per floor. I've noticed a tendency to even thinner buildings tucked into tiny spots with multi-million dollar apartments.
ReplyDeleteLove the look of the building and all the greenery. The price is unreal but you are probably in the heart of the city which demands lots of money.
ReplyDeleteMuseum Tavern, a favourite spot for us.
ReplyDeletePhew! Nice as it looks those are pretty stratospheric prices.
ReplyDeleteAnd the rich get richer.
ReplyDeleteThat green makes it. Not bad.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine? $2 mill.
ReplyDeleteWhile In Asia , I Really Appreciated Vertical Growing Of Veggies
ReplyDeleteCheers
Gosh that's a lot of money Pat. They will look even better when the greenery grows ✨
ReplyDeleteThat really is quite a building. Window flower boxes and balcony planters always make me smile....I seem to collect pictures of them.
