Mary Pickford

This sculpture of Mary Pickford stands beside yesterday's historical plaque about her. It was done in 1983 by artist Eino Gira and now sits in front of Sick Kids Hospital on University Ave near where she was born.

    What a wonderful tribute. She does look like she's deep in thought and maybe a bit thankful for being remembered this way.
