The hairdressers finally opened here and when going for my first cut in months I ended up parked on a street I had never gone down before and saw this doorway. It is down the side of a building and slightly below grade and yet felt quite distinguished to me. It could have been the sign itself saying Law Chambers which reminded me of the many British law shows I have seen where the lawyers are based in chambers.

The term "law chambers" does have a British ring to it. I bet you were so happy to get your hair cut. I'm finally going on Friday and although I'm a bit skeptical about the safety of it, I NEED the haircut badly.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I love British law shows.
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI had my hair cut last month, really short. So now it can grow out again. It is a great sign and interesting entrance. Take care, enjoy your day!
Al letrero no llama la atención, pero tú salistes satisfecha de allí
ReplyDeleteBuen septiembre Pat. Cuídate
Un abrazo.
I agree too, it does sound like a British Law show. Growing up we had one called Burke's Law starring Gene Barry. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely to get to the hairdresser;-)
ReplyDeleteA quiet entrance.
ReplyDeleteWait! You got a lawyer to cut your hair?! That must have been a mess. :-)
ReplyDeleteAlways fun to see things from a new angle. Hope you are enjoying your beautiful day.
ReplyDeleteYou reminded me, thank you: I have a haircut tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteGreat.
ReplyDeleteYes, it sounds very British.
ReplyDeleteThey don't promote it here.
ReplyDeleteI love Law shows on Tv. Nice entrance.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing the discoveries you can make by taking a different route Pat, bet it felt nice to have a trim 😉
