This low-rise apartment building is found along Davenport Rd and is such a nice scale. Built in 1928 it has only 10 apartments in it and I assume they must be of a nice size compared to some of the tiny condos being built now.
Wow, interesting style - like Grace I´d like to see the inside! Can´t you just go and ring the bell? ;-) As in, hey, I have some people from overseas who´d like to... ?
Its clean lines make it look a lot more recent.
ReplyDelete...the bays are a nice feature.
ReplyDeleteWell you know I'm going to love this one Pat, oh how I would like a peek inside!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great looking apartment building. I love the Tudor touches.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful building and those bay windows are a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteI also like the entrance.
ReplyDeleteDoes make me wonder how the building is divided up.
ReplyDeleteI like the style of this apartment building, and I assume the apartments have a sense of elegance.
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful house. There are quite different houses than here.
ReplyDeleteThey don't make them like this anymore.
ReplyDeleteTwo Door Tudor!
ReplyDeleteDesde fuera se ven espaciosos.
ReplyDeleteBuena primavera Pat. CuĂdate.

Funny style with those half-timbered bay windows and for the rest a very austere facade with small windows.
ReplyDeleteYou're probably right, and it looks great I never would have guessed it was that old, very nice condition.
