I wanted to show you the tree that was used in Friday's post to frame Casa Loma. One nice thing about winter and the lack of leaves on the trees is that we can see the wonderful shapes the branches have. This is a great one.
A splendid specimen! I always wonder what persuades a branch to suddenly make a right-angle bend, and how the whole network of branches always contrives to find balance and harmony.
It is always a good thing to have a favourite tree. They don't mind if you hug them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful tree. It has a stately look. I bet it is equally beautiful fully clothed.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great time of year to see the shape of trees before the leaves come out. It's still winter.

ReplyDeleteTake care, enjoy your day and the new week ahead.
The tree is magnificent and stands tall displaying its beauty.
