I showed you these buildings almost two years ago (HERE) when the signs had gone up advertising what was to come on this corner in the Yorkville neighbourhood. I went by within the last couple of weeks and this is all that is left of them. Yet another tall condo will appear and these facades will be all that is left to remind of us the past. It is sad to see so many old buildings disappearing.
How many is too many?

ReplyDeleteYes, the older we get, the more we realize that our cities are always changing. I agree that we should hold on to much of the past for context. Seems they are trying to do a bit of that here. I am wishing you a safe and happy weekend dear
