A week ago I showed you a pic of the yellow Winter Aconite in bloom and this pic shows what they look like now. They are sound asleep under a blanket of snow. Large clumps of them had come out so I am hoping the snow insulates them from the cold we have since had.
Very typical. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI hope the plants are able to take all the back and forth temperatures and weather. Take care, have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh, that is too bad.
ReplyDeletePoor things, they thought it was time. I hope they pop up once again.
ReplyDeleteHope they are tough survivors and pop up again.
ReplyDeleteIf the snow is moist it may actually do them some good.
ReplyDeleteFreezing and keep safe
ReplyDeleteNothing like that around here!
ReplyDeleteI like that they're sleeping under a blanket. Pat
ReplyDeleteNice snow! It is coming again this weekend!
ReplyDeleteTime will tell.
ReplyDeleteWinter will hang on for a few more weeks, but this too shall end. The snow will protect the plants from the cold.
ReplyDeleteHope the snow isolate them good.
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed. Bet they will survive.
ReplyDeleteMe encanta esta foto !!
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo.
