I was passing by a local park on a humid afternoon when I spotted this small group getting ready for a Tai Chi workout. They seemed to be waiting for more people to arrive but I was heading somewhere so didn't wait around to catch the action.
I actually will be trying with a cooling vest that I ordered from Amazon. It's not as hot here in Hawaii as elsewhere, but if I need to go out in the heat of summer's day I think I will appreciate it along with my big hat. Stay safe friends!! Aloha!
Reminds me of a young girl I saw at the indoor track this afternoon. She was running around the track when all of a sudden she did some ballet twirls before returning to just normal running. I did not try to copy her. :-)
Too hot for me. We have been having some very hot days recently.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Andy.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting to watch people do Tai Chi.
ReplyDeleteI used to watch people doing Tai Chi at a local park.
ReplyDeleteTai chi is supposed to be very good for you. I wonder if there’s a class around where I live?

ReplyDeleteRedPat, seems you most successfully caught the action here. You had a good day in the park.
ReplyDeleteA bit cooler here, around 20C.
ReplyDeleteDad once said we should all warm up before any work out despite a hot weather
ReplyDeleteThat one on the left seemed to have her eye on you. Probably a good thing you left. 😉

ReplyDeleteI love to see people do a work out.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they have a smaller group working out on these hot days. Take care, have a great week!
Great start into the day.
ReplyDeleteWho can stick around to watch Tai Chi when you are off to get some Chai Tea?
