Fill Er Up Please

A friend has moved their studio into an old factory building and parked in the courtyard of the complex is this cool pair of old gas pumps. I have never heard of Regent Gasoline before but according to Wikipedia it is/was owned by Texaco. Love the cool retro 40s curves of these guys and it's nice they have been left intact!

  1. They are so cool, I love vintage style, they are much more interesting than the modern cold lines, especially in this colour! ;-)

  7. Interesting how gradually these type of things fade out of our minds and existence... and then when we do see them again, it's like whoa, I remember that! Nicely captured...

  8. What a great find. Interesting colour, too. (And they are not red like other Texaco pumps)

  13. I love these old gas pumps. When I was a little kid, I enjoyed hearing my dad say to the attendant "fill er up please".
