Men at Work

This is just a section of a sculpture by Kirk Nelson which I showed you before (click here and here to see it). I happened to be going by as some maintenance was being done to the pieces and thought that the workers fit in beautifully! Gave me a chuckle - that is the photographer figure being touched up on the right.

I like the way the workers fit in this sculpture too, especially the first one, with the boy behind him! :D

  5. This is outstanding. The sculpture is wonderful by itself, but with the maintenance workers included? Priceless!

  6. That is the best sculpture ever Red, looking at the full piece I can only imagine the work that went into it. Like Jack I absolutely love the added element of the workers giving it a 'touch up', they should be so lucky haha!!

  7. I'd call this the 'rat race'. I'm glad I'm not in it.
