Season Over

I took this shot several weeks ago on a Sunday morning before the brunch rush started. The patio season is over here unless we get a weird day when the temperature goes up and you can find a south facing place with a good wind block. It was great while it lasted!

  1. Your outdoor dining is closing and our outdoor dining is opening. It's finally cool enough to enjoy a meal outside without the misters.

  2. Pack up the tables and silver. Same here... see you in April.

  3. I like the perspective of the long row of tables and chairs. It looks like a great place to be when the weather is right.

  5. So sad. All those chairs and table and no takers. Oh well. It would even be a brisk day out down here in the Lower 49 as well.

  9. It's very mild here for the season but also very dark and gloomy! T Spring will be here in no time and you'll sit out there again!

  11. Neat shot Pat. Time to pack them away for a few months.

  12. Well, this looks more like Paris than Toronto. But, again, I've never been to Toronto, so what I think means nothing!

Lovely shot and from what I hear this particular scene probably won't present itself for a few months.

But I also recall you take some fantastic snow photos...so I shall look forward to them.

  14. Some places in Vancouver have those heaters outside so patrons can continue eating outside. I wouldn't do it. Brr. Nice shot by the way.

  15. I think this is the only difference between our two cities Pat, the extremes in weather.. here apart from a too hot day, it's pretty much all year round alfresco weather.
