All In A row
I had heard about a small street near Mt Pleasant Ave & St Clair Ave that was lined with tall inflatable Santas so over the holidays I ventured over to see for myself. There are indeed 38 of these tall guys on people's lawns. Apparently one household got 1 and then a couple more got 1 and then a group of homeowners went to a local store and ordered them in bulk! In my pic one of the Santas between the third and fourth ones has collapsed on the ground hopefully to rise again when the air pump is turned on!
So perfect! Love it!
ReplyDeleteWhere are the presents?
ReplyDeleteYikes!
ReplyDeleteOkay, that is kind of neat thing. 38! That is impressive.
ReplyDeleteI've never been fond of these inflatable decorations but, I had to admit, this is a pretty clever idea! I like it.
ReplyDeletei love that!
ReplyDeleteI often wonder what possesses people to do certain things although I do find this rather humorous. I'd be mightily POed, though, if I was a Santa and someone let all my air out!
ReplyDeleteHilarious, and the collapsed one looks even funnier... too much Christmas spirit perhaps?!?
ReplyDeleteThis is a great picture, especially with the red car. Wonderful. May the Christmas spirit last well into the new year.
ReplyDeleteI don't usually love those blow up things but all in a row, these Santas are quite cheerful.

Think big! Did they got some special deal?
ReplyDeleteCute and funny! :-)
ReplyDeleteMust be a close-knit neighborhood. I love the houses; I covet one in particular.
ReplyDeleteGawwwwd I hate this crap.
ReplyDeleteOne more and the inflatable Santas can unleash their revenge on the world!
ReplyDeleteThis is fun and all the funnier because of the collapsed one (probably tired after Christmas)
ReplyDeleteThat's fun but it's a little Stepford Santa to me.
ReplyDeleteCute idea!
ReplyDeletePeople can do awesome things when they work together.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this! So fun
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!
ReplyDeleteAwesome, well done on them
ReplyDeleteFunny shot !
ReplyDeleteBest wishes from South Tyrol.
Oh that's a scream Pat, I like a street with a sense of humour :)
ReplyDeleteA street with neighbourly neighbours!
ReplyDeleteThe children will be happy to see so many:)))
ReplyDeleteHa! They are kind of "In your face, aren't they?" In my Naples community, many people put a small red Santa's hat on their mailbox posts.
