Just Cruisin'

I found this bike a few weeks ago inside a bar on Queen St West. It was part of a promotion for "Cruiser an all day pale ale" that involved giving away bikes like this one. Pretty cool isn't it? I didn't win.

  4. It is beautiful, just my kind of style too. I'm sorry you didn't win, and I hope the person that did is going to ride it a lot!

  7. I agree with VP, I'd need a bit of electrical help for this beauty!

  8. A few years ago (actually more than a few), Lois bought a pink Schwinn like this. It was great to ride on the beach, but took a good deal of human power having no gears to help negotiate hill country.

I'm sorry you didn't win. Try and try again.

  10. With a solid build like that the bike will last a long time.

  14. Nice looking bike Pat, I'm not sure why but I haven't ridden a bike for years, I really should get back to it :)

  15. Cruiser bikes have become very popular. I don't understand why, unless you use them on a perfectly flat place. I need the gears to help me get up hills. (What I REALLY want is an electric-assisted bike.)
