Critters

I spotted these 3 Furries along Bloor St during the Open Streets event in September. I know very little about this group of people who like to dress up as animals but it was a very hot & humid day and they still seemed to be really enjoying themselves. That is a bone in the mouth of the dog on the right.

  2. They are a group of people who honestly believe themselves to be spiritually animals on the inside. They also have...fun...with each other. They're not as cute and friendly as the first reaction might suggest

  6. Those costumes looks to be quite warm, not good on a hot day. They are posing quite nicely for you.

  8. What a fun sight. Three happy critters, one photographer, and how many treats did you say you gave them for this photo opp. :)

  9. Oh my gosh, the only advantage to wearing something like that on a hot and humid day is possibly sweating off 5 pounds. But, it sure makes a fun picture!

  13. Reminds me of an on Law and Order episode about people dressing up as critters. Cute costumes, but not a good choice on a hot day. - Margy

  15. Whenever I see Furries, I think of an old episode of CSI Miami featuring them. Probably the first time I had heard of them.
