Mid-Morning Subway Station

I don't think that I have ever had a whole subway station to myself before - both platforms were completely empty. So this is my shot of a completely deserted Spadina subway stop. A wee bit creepy I must say - I'm accustomed to a lot of people around in the city! And I haven't noticed a public phone in a long time!

Isn't that odd. Your photo, though, is pretty nice. Look at the varied yellow patterns . . . lines in the ceiling, circles on the wall, rectangles and a stripe on the floor and spaced rectangles across the track!

Love the yellow tones, all the photos you take where you explore the perspective are great!
Have a good new week! ;-)

The public phones are disappearing one by one..

That has happened to me a couple of times in Europe. It is a bit creepy.

It makes you start to doubt yourself - are the trains really running...?

Looks like a scene out of dream.

Very unsettling. You hope that when you go out of the subway you'll find that the world is still inhabited.

This is a very intensive picture, thank you!

It looks like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie - when do the zombies leap out from their dark corner?

Hmmmm. I must admit I think I would have felt a bit nervous being their alone!

I still haven't taken the subway yet. But I have noticed there are lots of public phones around.
