Wall Art
I found this colourful guy on a wall by the art school earlier this summer but never got around to posting it. On a dull day like we are having today I thought he would be just perfect. Signed by Horus, I have found several works on google by this artist around town so will have to keep my eyes open. I like how the inset window is in total contrast to the guy!
Cool work, he has an intriguing expression on his face, and I like the colours too! ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat window is quite different in comparison to the whole piece. I wonder if it was planned that way or if one came after the other.
ReplyDeleteAn interesting piece, to be sure!
ReplyDeleteAnother good capture, do you ever catch them in the act of painting I wonder?
ReplyDeleteDifferent, for sure, but I don't know if I'd call it art.
ReplyDeleteLove his face, and you are right, that little inset window is intriguing.
ReplyDeleteHmmm. I wonder why there's an inset window there.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was he resembles Tiger Woods when Tiger misses a short putt!
ReplyDeleteI can't figure out the figure in the inset whatsoever.
GREAT Red Pat!
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
Have a great new week!
I wonder what the artists inspiration was.

He looks very 'laid back' don't you think Red, just groovin'!!
ReplyDeleteHe looks a little sad to me.
