"November Pyramid"

Another of the pieces in High Park from the International Sculpture Symposium of 1967, this steel piece called "November Pyramid" was done by German artist Bernard Schottlander. It is situated beside one of the off-leash dog trails so gets lots of viewers especially on nice weekend days.

If it's beside the off-leash dog trail I'm pretty sure the doggies use it for something else!

I must admit I smiled when I read Paul's comment. :) This reminds me of the wooden puzzles that were popular way back when.

I like! It reminds of those little puzzles we used to play with in the car on long trips - back when I was a kid. You know, the "Middle Ages." Oops, I see EG already said the same thing. She's so quick!

I'm up for Jenga! It is always nice to find sculpture to appreciate no matter where in the park.

Interesting piece. Very interesting.

Interesting name for this piece. I might have used the word puzzle in the name instead.

I rather prefer the other two sculptures. But I guess this one has its appeal as well.

Great to have art to enjoy in a park. Different styles provide variety and please many people with different tastes. Great series of captures!
