On the 2nd floor of the Pacific Mall you find Pacific Heritage Town which is a more decorative area than downstairs and has a variety of small shops and also the food court of the mall. This is the entrance into that area!
Oh, I really like this! It just oozes of fun-filled adventure!
Re your question: nope! The portal has been down for some time but I have no idea why. It has happened before, but that was a long time ago. I guess we play a waiting game. :-)

cool entrance. Nice shot. =)
Impressive looking entrance, though it's an odd contrast to the basic, industrial-looking structure behind it.
It's ;ole being in a whole different part of the planet.
I've never imagined there's a place like this in Toronto.
But I'm glad to know the Chinese can preserv their culture even beeing so far from home. ;-)
The Chinese do know how to make a grand gateway!
Wow. I am thinking even more I need to visit this place!
I love chinese food I would be in here in an instant. It looks a very auspicious gateway!
I'm thinking something like what Steve Harris said--quite a juxtaposition! And I definitely want to see inside.
Wow, I have to say this entrance looks sooooo much better in your photo!...Grand!! Nice shot RedPat!

Oh I bet that food court has some great items. I love the entrance of this store!
It is unusual seeing this ornate front underneath the silvery white pipes and other supports.
There used to be a restaurant in Phoenix that looked just like this.
Definite contrasting styles of structure here Red, well caught! I'm having Chinese food tonight, yum!
I could spend some time here.
What a wonderful entrance!
An ornate and welcoming entrance. I'd love to explore the food court!
Very grand and reminiscent of Chinatown here in Melbourne.
