Parkdale Bike Stand 11
I thought it was time to show you some more of the bike rack pics that I took in the winter along Queen St West in Parkdale. This one, showing a bookcase, was found in front of a bookstore that has been there for a long time and couldn't be more suitable for it's location. One of my favourites!
Pat you are really showing us a real variety of bike racks. I never knew there were so many.
ReplyDeleteThe Toronto bike stands are wonderfully artistic, RedPat. This is an especially cool one.
ReplyDeleteThis one is simple yet perfect for the area it's in.
ReplyDeletethere seem to be some very artistic bike racks in Toronto! I have a couple in Hamilton I thought I'd post, but they are nowhere near as interesting as the ones you have shown.
ReplyDeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteAlthough i thought they were buildings :)
Great, this is the best one yet!
ReplyDeletePerfect. Anything with books will catch my attention, love this.
ReplyDeleteYour city must have a lot of people who ride bicycles to have so many unusual stands...
ReplyDeleteIf I read this correctly, it's a-tome-ic bike rack!
ReplyDeleteI found a bike rack in downtown Ocala and I'm going to post it in your honor very soon. Never noticed it before. Maybe someone saw your blog and tried to copy one of the bike racks you showed?
Keep 'em coming! - I think this is the greatest idea.
ReplyDeleteBooks were the first things I thought of when I saw this.
ReplyDeleteI would never park my bike at this "sculpture", it's too cool to be a bike stand! ;-)
ReplyDeletePossibly the most artistic one you have shown us so far!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this about your City! this one makes me want to move there.
ReplyDeleteI really like this one too! Original. :)
ReplyDeleteVery apt choice for where it is!
