Welcome back, Pat. You're starting off with a bang. This bear looks pretty peeved, even though he gets to wear a gold chain. Maybe it's the ear tag that's put him in a bad mood. Lots of humor here. That's a pretty aggressive looking bear. I'm not sure I'd want to park there.
Maybe the bear is mad at being stuck on that wall?
No lofts for the Capewell building in the near future. It is in a tough part of town.
