After The Storm
This is the view down the street running beside the park and although the road hasn't been well cleared, the city has cleared the sidewalks and moved all the large fallen branches out of the way. These trees were still coated with ice and snow so it was a spooky walk along the sidewalk when you could hear all the creaking above you. And this gives you an idea of the number of trees there are lining the streets in the city.

It is looking better.
I have never experienced an ice storm. Glad it is over.
it really hit hard, there.
This California boy just cannot imagine.
It's almost like a wonderland albeit a scary wonderland.
looks so quiet & calm for the moment. lovely view. ( :
Such a storm requires so much work to get everything back in order. The clean sidewalks are a start. Don't let an icicle hit you on the head!
A VERY wintery looking scene!
The trees look so beautiful.
Ice or rain storms they still cause damage and trees tend to be the first to go.
Beautiful shot. Where I am now the bulk of the ice has fallen off the trees.
T.O. has a very strange bylaw that protects trees.
Good thing there were not more broken trees with your ice storm. Almost looks like a normal winter street.
That a was a terrible ice storm!
It still looks beautiful. Just think of the storm as Mother Nature's pruning.
You are doing a good job of chronicling that storm.
«Louis» hopes you don't slip on the ice! Yipes!
I'm sorry so many trees lost limbs. The city trees will bear scars for a while! The cleanup is horrendous!
Maybe spooky but it looks pretty
Too much snow, here in no time. We've had a lot of rain.
I understand it is magical as well as frightening
Glad these trees didn't break, they look lovely with snow on the branches.
