I happened upon this great mural on a wall looking out onto a parking lot in the St Lawrence Market neighbourhood. It is a wonderful collage with painted areas as well as pasted parts. I love it but could find no signature for the artist other than 'city art project'. I'll have to keep digging around for info!

Really amazing!
ReplyDeleteNot sure how to work that one out.
ReplyDeleteThat's different!
ReplyDeleteYou do find some of the most interesting murals.
ReplyDeletereally nice, like a giant peeling wallpaper.
ReplyDeleteIt is fabulous Pat, you see.. another similarity between Toronto and Perth, the passion for really good, clever street art!
ReplyDeleteThat is a most strange mural. Looks like bits and pieces of previous billboard pictures showing through, but it must be an intentional composition. Well found and photographed.
ReplyDeleteEye-catching, for sure. A little eerie, though. I'd be interesting in knowing what it's all about. Good catch for you!
ReplyDeleteLove it and am now wondering what the message is supposed to be!
ReplyDeletethis is such a cool mural! i really like it a lot!
ReplyDeleteI like it - it reminds me of seeing semi-demolished rooms with ripped posters and peeling wallpaper.
ReplyDeleteGreat piece, beautifully photographed
ReplyDeleteAloha

ReplyDeleteThat's a really good one. Very creative.
ReplyDeleteSo much to look at here! Interesting little fish in the palm of that hand.
ReplyDeleteQuite striking! The sort of thing you might see in an art house film.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a dada mural. Meaning up for grabs. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
ReplyDeleteOh I LIKE this! It's the kind of art that make one think.
ReplyDeleteA good puzzle :)))
