I think Smoke's also has a regular shop. I seem to think I've eaten there before... although I'm not huge on poutine (I just can't make myself like gravy). :)

I've seen your other posts covering mobile food trucks...always of interest. After reading your description of poutine, however, this one ought to advertise "Heart attack on a plate!" :)

Poutine is tasty once you try it but is too rich for my system. I like the eye catching sign and decor of the truck.

Ah... yes... I tried it but didn't really like it. I tend to like my fries crispy you see...

And of course, the really funny bit is that Vladimir Putin is spelled Poutine in French...
There really can never be enough food trucks. Poutine, on the other hand... I prefer my fries with salt and vinegar only!
I am happy to be seeing more food trucks in Toronto. Poutine is great, but I only have it on rare occasions -> if only to have the stomach of a teenager again ... sigh. :)

never heard of poutine - chips&gravy even chips&curry are popular in the UK but not chips&cheese - I rather like chips&mushypeas

We have a Smoke's up here in a regular shop, as opposed to a food truck, but we've got a growing variety in those trucks here now.
We have a food truck festival twice a year in Hamilton and I think I've seen this truck there. The sad part is I rarely see any of these trucks at other times of the year.
We have one that is just wonderful. Bad for the heart but wonderful.

Mobile food trucks are noticeable at large public events in my world, but rarely see them in the streets.
