Very nice theme day shot. I agree - these people are so important to our communal life. Not being too "handy" myself, I really appreciate their skills!
I'm another blogger who appreciates the work of people willing and capable of doing dangerous jobs.
Another job that I couldn't do.
All in all, I'd rather have his job than the jobs of those window washers who were rescued from the World Trade Center in NY. :-)
It's a tough job, especially in the winter!
I agree, the people appearing in the them posts today do a lot of hard work, often dangerous work, we often forget.

It certainly looks like that work will be carrying on through the winter.
Not only do they risk life & limb but it is also hard work.

I like the style of the old building, Pat. I do hope the new one does not dwarf it (too much) and that they harmonise together. I am not sure that I could spend my working day going up and down in a crane.
