I showed you the large Foundry Lofts building on the old Canada Foundry property a couple of weeks ago and this is one of the smaller factory buildings on the property. It is in the process of being restored and plans are for a brew pub and an upscale coffee shop to open here to serve the large population of people living in this area now. It looks like a lot of work is left to be done but it will be great when finished and the fence comes down.

I am glad this old building is being renovated. The brew pub and coffee shop sound like a great idea. Have a happy day!
Hopefully it will look great!
I am glad this building will be renovated, it will be great!
Oh, yes … definitely worth restoring. With the gorgeous brick and architecture, it looks like it could withstand a lot and be fun to visit.
It seems even in your world brew pubs and coffee shops are a hit, same as here. It's a lovely building to me, and I'd be right there at opening day!
great looking bones on that structure. thanks, redpat!
That building looks big enough for more than just two businesses. I wonder if more will join the group.
I like seeing old buildings such as this getting a new life rather than be torn down. You'll have to show us the finished project.
Exciting times ahead!
Well atleast it is starrted adn should be good for people when it is finsihed.
I am looking forward to seeing how they developed this building.
This is the PERFECT use for the old foundry Pat it looks like a brilliant space, can't wait to see the finished project.
It's good that the building will see some use.
But I can see the possibilities.
I'm sure it will be a great place! The soul is already there.
Good stuff, improving the environment.
I believe it will be nice soon
I bet it will look great when it's done.
Can't wait to see it finished, without a fence!
These are going to be fantastic!
I've seen a lot of these old building repurposed and they've turned out to be quite elegant. I'm sure that will be the case here, too!
I love it when they restore old buildings like this and turn them into something cool.
Really worth restoring!
That is a great looking old building and I'm glad it's being restored. You will have to go back when it is finished and get some more pictures!
isn't it good to see the old things appreciated!
