This is the side patio at Spadina House as it looked on a fine summer early evening. Wouldn't it be an elegant place to sit out and have a meal? I'm not sure if they ever have any events out there or not.
I think the lovely railings count as fences so I am linking to Good Fences. Click HERE to see fences from around the world.

So lovely Pat, I can just see Scarlett descending those stairs crying 'I won't think about it today I'll think about it tomorrow':)
Beautiful place!
Bet there are cozy places within such a grand place.
A perfect place for a party :)
gorgeous!!
Grand fencing.
I believe any season of the year this would be a prize! Of course I'm imagining what the inside is like too.
Absolutely oozing with charm! I can see this lovely refurbished building being centre stage for moviemakers wanting to convey the elegant architecture of the past.
Very nicely composed too!
Definitely a mansion on a hill.
Impressive and really elegant!

Ooh, wonderful and very classy!
I love love the railing.I would love to have dinner there if there was dinner. Hug B
Hard to believe this house is in Toronto. It looks like it should be a B&B on a lake front.
A beautiful scene. It might be a bit hot for outdoor eating, but I like the space!
Now that looks just like my summer cottage. In my dreams.
It is a remarkable building. Hot or not, I wouldn't mind a meal on the front porch during the day or early evening.
That's a fab building and as you say a lovely terrace to sit and dine...
What a beautiful place!
