I spotted this food truck while it was loading up on propane for a day of work! I like the cityscape on its side. There are so many different food trucks around these days.

I like the truck and the concept. I'd set up service for fresh eggs from the farm if I lived in Toronto. I suppose Ocala's too far to deliver, right? :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a first for me. After a google search I learned the Egg Man is Toronto’s first and only gourmet breakfast food truck.
ReplyDeleteWow, this brought back some memories. When I was a kid growing up in Illinois, my mother used to purchase eggs from a farmer who came to town every Saturday and stopped at our house. I don't think my my mom ever knew his name, she just called him the eggman.
ReplyDeleteFresh eggs is something i would sign up for as well.
ReplyDeleteThe Beatles come to mind here with the Song "I am a Walrus" nest line "I am the Egg man"
ReplyDeleteKoo Koo Kachoob!
ReplyDeleteThe Beatles reference above made me smile Pat :) I would probably visit the Egg Man being rather fond of an omelette :)
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was the same as Bill's.
ReplyDeleteScrambled eggs for me!
ReplyDeleteNot a fan of eggs, but the truck is eye-catching!
ReplyDeleteI am the Walrus!
ReplyDeleteHow many eggs would fit in there? ;)
ReplyDeletefood trucks are everywhere here on Maui
ReplyDeletelovely vehicle
ReplyDeleteYou're right, it's cool! I wonder what they serve though. Omelettes and boiled eggs? :-)
ReplyDeleteinteresting...
ReplyDeleteIt attracts your attention.
ReplyDeleteGeez! And I thought eggs always came from the grocery store.
ReplyDeleteIt is great to see the variety of food trucks popping up around here (well, not in Oakville, exactly)
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have access to fresh eggs. I like the colorful truck's sign- colorful without being gaudy.
ReplyDeleteFresh farm eggs are a real treat. We use to live next to a couple who had chickens and sold us eggs. They were wonderful. The secret was that the chickens had a large yard where they got lots of garden produce and insects to eat.
ReplyDeleteFood trucks are a sign of the times these days. Nice catch!
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice looking food truck. I'll bet the eggs are good too!
ReplyDeleteIs this one of those trucks that drives through the industrial zones and serves people who work there? Or does it park and people come to it?
ReplyDeleteWe used to have the "coffee truck" that came by in Scarborough. It was funny and they had good breakfast and snacks too!
A lot of eggs inside, ha?
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny, when I was a child we had an Egg Lady but she didn't have such a fancy truck. I can still remember her coming to our house weekly. We had a milk man too, but I think I was always still asleep when he got there.
ReplyDeleteNot the walrus, then?
