Feeding The Wildlife

I assume the wildlife they are talking about is squirrels since not too many people actively feed raccoons and those are our 2 major species of wildlife in the city. Love the birdhouse!

  1. You and Andy both have warnings about feeding the animals today! That really is a great birdhouse.

  2. We have squirrels and that's about it, except for coyotes. I see a lot of squirrels but only one coyote. The birdhouse is cute; hopefully it's attractive to birds, too! :)

  3. A very colourful birdhouse.

We do have rabbits in town, and I've seen the tracks of deer occasionally in the snow here and there where there are wildlife corridors, like a river valley.

  5. Yes, that is a great bird house. Wonder how the birds like not being fed? Who would feed birds what they are trying to nest?

  7. Love the bird house! It's so cute!!! I don't get the sign though, unless the house is in defiance of the sign. :)

  9. Such a bright and cheery little birdhouse. Yes. Feeding wild animals too regularly generates multiple problems.

  13. You and Andy have the same theme this week. People need to be educated on why it's not good to feed the wildlife!

  16. They say do not feed, but they put up a birdhouse? That just seems contradictory to me.. House them but don't give them anything to eat? It's a pretty red birdhouse .
