Good Neighbours
This Little Library is a recent addition to this small street which already has two other Little Libraries just a block away. I stopped for a pic of the cute library and then realized that these people also have a bench at the front of their yard so you can rest a bit while you decide on a book. Don't you think that they must be great neighbours?
Absolutely yes! Mine will have beers and will leave the empty bottles scattered around the bench...
ReplyDeleteYes, they must be great neighbours, the little red library is so nice!
ReplyDeletenice folks. :)
ReplyDeleteI've seen a few more of these little libraries lately here too. Yes, I think these people are great neighbors.
ReplyDeleteQuite a lovely house! I think they would be good neighbours.
ReplyDeleteI'd probably not get up again...
ReplyDeleteyes you are right
ReplyDeleteI like these very much.
ReplyDeleteSuch a good idea and perfect to provide the bench too
ReplyDeleteSo civilised!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!
ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful and such a great idea...
ReplyDeleteYes! Some folks here put out a water dish for dogs walking by to drink
ReplyDeleteOh yes! How considerate. I do love that they chose the color red for the little library.
ReplyDeleteThis is excellent. Please go back and leave them a note saying thanks. And ask where the refrigerator with the beer is.
ReplyDeletePat you keep coming up with Toronto's hidden little gems. I like what the owners have done here.
ReplyDeleteYes, they must be great people to know.
ReplyDeleteThe bench indicates, I think, the kindness of the people living there, as does the little library. We could use a lot more people like that in this ol' world!
ReplyDeleteYes, I imagine they are. Those little libraries are just the best idea ever to happen!
ReplyDeleteNice shot!
ReplyDeleteI do Pat, very thoughtful idea :)
ReplyDeleteThat's just fabulous. What a wonderful, civilised, thing to do. Do that in a city in the UK and the books would get nicked, or vandalised.
