Filming
There was a film crew in the neighborhood last week and one of their locations was the Vesta Lunch which I have shown before and most recently HERE in a shot taken at night. I'm not sure what the film was but I noticed that they have replaced the Vesta sign On the front of the awnings with "Filly Diner" signs so maybe something from Philadelphia? There was certainly a lot of action!

Love this shot. I always run into filming crews in Toronto.
Always interesting to watch.
Hello, great shot of the film crew! I have seen many in Baltimore City when I worked there. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
How fun! When I was working in Chicago I used to see this all the time. It's so interesting to see.
Great fun watching a film crew. It would be interesting to know the name of the movie when it comes out, especially if you lived in Toronto.
the food sounds good! :)
It's always fascinating to watch how people work, especially a film crew...!
A very different scene to your last shot here Pat. I'd love to see a film shoot in action :) Happy weekend.
P.s. I'm off to Google 'ice wine' :)
Lights, camera, action! You nailed it with this super shot!
...and you where an extra?
So much is filmed in Toronto! Such variety - just as you show us every day Pat
There's a film shoot going on here as well at the moment- I've seen the trucks around, and a couple of days ago one of the local churches had a spotlight set up outside before its main stained glass window, so I presume that it was being used for the shoot as well.
busy place
You'll have to find out!!!! I always miss the filming in V because I'm never in V on weekdays...
Great photo of a very nice street scene with great restaurants and such!
Have a Happy Weekend!
Peace :)
Fine looking diner. Always fun to see a movie being shot. It takes so much longer than one might think just watching the film. A few seconds of film can take hours to get right.
I can see why they picked this place to be in their film. A lot of character there!
Wait! Are you saying Philly is in Canada? Since when? No one ever told me. :-)
This is really exciting!
