Inside A Church
I was so surprised to find the door to St Clare's Catholic Church unlocked that I at first thought it must be a mistake but there was another visitor seated and quietly saying the rosary. This beautiful interior had undergone a major restoration in the late 1990s so all the stencil work and woodwork is in wonderful condition. Beautiful isn't it?

Beautiful photo of this lovely space. It makes one understand why religion sometimes may fill some human needs.
Stunning interior no doubt, captures a lot.
What a treat for you and for us Pat, so many beautiful details here! It's a shame church doors aren't left open more often.. sign of the times I guess!

A beautiful interior. So nice to know that the doors were open. We need that more often.
How wonderful that you were able to go inside! It's gorgeous.
Very beautiful inside and if I remember correctly, the outside, from one of your recent posts, is also very pretty.
Must be quite a treat to enter a serene place like this.
Glad you got to!
Have a Happy Day, Pat!
Peace :)
Looks very beautiful !!
Really beautiful, Pat !
Beautiful and calm.
It is lovely, RedPat. Isn't it annoying how often churches are locked up tight as drums?
How wonderful and we get to see the inside too! Thanks, very pretty.
